Moisture balances offer a fast way to analyse the moisture content of food samples, and are ideal for quality control checks during production or before final product release.
However some of the balances contain glass parts, which presents a hazard in food manufacturing areas.
We've found two moisture balances that do not contain any glass, making them suitable for food production areas.
