The classic Brady BMP21 handheld label printer has been replaced by two specialised models – the BMP21-Lab for laboratories and the BMP21-Plus for industrial environments. Any old cartridges from a BMP21 model are still compatible with the new printers.
The BMP21-Lab model has additional features especially designed for laboratories, such as time and date stamping, serialisation, greek symbols commonly used in scientific terminology and a wide range of label sizes and materials to cope with all environments – even cryogenic work or microscope slides.
The BMP21-Plus has a tough exterior with rubber bumpers and is drop tested to ensure it can stand up to the demands of industrial environments. This model could be used for identification or labeling of almost anything in the workplace – even in extreme temperatures or on curved or textured surfaces.
Both models are lightweight and portable. Use with 6x AA batteries or the rechargeable battery and mains adapter.
The wide range of cartridges available mean that labels are available in a huge range of materials and sizes to suit almost any environment.
Cartridges from the old BMP21 model are compatible with the new Lab and Plus models too.
