CRVpro 8 CHEM XC Pump: A Corrosion-Optimized Rotary Vane Pump for Chemical Applications

Welch’s manufactures the CRVpro rotary vane pump range, a series of two-stage rotary vane pumps designed for various laboratory and industrial applications. These pumps are available in various sizes, with pumping speeds ranging from 2.5 liters per minute to 65 liters per minute, along with various configurations to suit specific applications, including corrosion-optimized pumps for chemical applications.

The CRVpro 8 CHEM XC pump is one corrosion-optimized rotary vane pump designed to cope with pumping corrosive chemical gases and vapours. It features a coated (PTFE) oil case to slow metal corrosion, a large oil case to reduce the risk of chemical attacks, and DN 16 KF inlet/exhaust flanges. It also has an anti-suck back valve, a low noise level, and forced oil lubrication.
