Technical Support Representative – North Eastern Region
The post holder is directly responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of agreed annual targets for both sales and margin, developing Key Accounts, maintenance and development of the existing customer base as well as increasing the turnover of the business by the introduction of new customers. It is also responsible for the direction of some activities of the internal Technical Sales Advisors regarding quotation and lead follow up in conjunction with the Sales Office Supervisor. Whilst the position is geographically specific, responsibility for success of the UK sales budget is shared amongst the Account Manager Team.
Technical Advisor
The role requires you to respond technically to calls and enquiries from customers, process orders and help produce accurate quotations and offers presented in a timely manner. You are responsible for maintaining data accuracy of all company systems including technical input for the website. This role requires that customer satisfaction is met at all times through regularly monitoring order status. Using customer feedback you will be directly involved in implementing a continuous improvement process. The successful applicant will receive specific additional product training as well as systems training in all areas required to fulfil the role.
